We are looking for vendors for our trunk or treat event!

trunk or treat

Join us for some spook-tacular fun as we host our 3rd annual Trunk or Treat! Local businesses and organizations will decorate their car and pass out candy. Children can walk from trunk to trunk to look at the decorations and receive candy and treats. Please have participants dress in their Halloween costumes and join the fun!

The event will be held on Thursday, October 26 from 6:30- 8:30 p.m. at Weis Park located at 2600 Harvard Ave NW, Canton OH 44709. We are recruiting local organizations and businesses to pass out candy the day of the program. It is FREE to participate; however, we will require each vendor to provide their own candy to attendees. We will have a limited supply of candy to pass out only in a back-up capacity.

During last year’s event, we had 3,000 families attend the program! Not only is this a great way to give back to the Canton community, but it is also an excellent opportunity to promote your own services and distribute your own literature.

Attached you will find a registration form for the “Trunk-or-Treat” event. Please email the completed form to audrea.amstutz@cantonohio.gov or mail it to Canton Parks and Recreation at 1414 Market Avenue North, Canton, OH 44714. The form needs to be completed and returned by Friday, October 13th. (THE SOONER THE BETTER!)

If your organization is interested in participating in this event, please fill out our application form and return to Audrea Amstutz via email audrea.amstutz@cantonohio.gov or mail to 1414 Market Ave North, Canton, OH 44714. Please call 330-456-4521 for questions.
