Hall of Fame City Ice Rink is a 60′ × 100′ outdoor ice rink located on the North side of Tuscarawas Street West, between the Stark County Court House (115 Central Plaza North) and Arcade Coneys, (330) 454-2294. The rink is open seasonally and weather permitting. Please note that skaters skate at their own risk.

Hours of Operation
The Ice Rink is OPEN for the season.
The Ice Rink will be OPEN on January, 15, 2018, Martin Luther King Jr. Day from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Normal skating hours:
Sundays: Noon – 6 P.M.
Mondays: 10 A.M. – 7 P.M.
Tuesdays: 10 A.M. – 7 P.M.
Wednesdays: 10 A.M. – 7 P.M.
Thursdays: 10 A.M. – 7 P.M.
Fridays: 10 A.M. – 8 P.M.
Saturdays: 10 A.M. – 8 P.M.
Additional Information:
Arcade Coneys rents figure and hockey skates for a cost of $4 per person, or you can bring your own skates for free.
Other amenities include on-site food at Arcade Coneys, lighting for day and evening skating, outdoor seating, and music via sound system.
